What is AMIA CARE?
AMIA CARE is a compact emergency period-care kit that keeps your essentials together, so you're ready when your period arrives unexpectedly.
What's inside the kit?
Sanitary pads, tampons, panty liners, individually wrapped intimate wipes, hand sanitiser, toilet spray, a discreet disposal bag and a small treat. Final quantities will be confirmed at launch.
How big is it?
Small enough to slip into a handbag, backpack, desk drawer, glovebox or carry-on.
Is it discreet?
Yes. The pouch is designed to look like any other everyday accessory, and the disposal bag is opaque.
Where do you ship?

Can I return my kit?
For hygiene reasons, opened kits can't be returned, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect we'll make it right. See our Returns page.
