Where we ship
We plan to ship to addresses within Australia only.
Shipping costs
Any shipping cost, and any free-shipping offer that applies, will be shown in your cart and at checkout before you place an order. The amount shown when you order is the amount you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
We'll confirm expected dispatch timing when you order. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and estimates are not guaranteed. If your order is delayed, we'll let you know.
Packaging
Orders are sent in plain outer packaging.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email orders@amiacare.com.au with your order details and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
